- Souvenirs Without Packages: All custom souvenirs that are purchased individually (without a package deal) must meet the minimum order quantity specified in our product catalog. Orders below this minimum will not be processed.
- Souvenirs with Packages: For orders that include packaged deals, the minimum order quantity will follow the lowest minimum order quantity specified in the chosen package. Each package option comes with its own set minimum, which must be adhered to.
3. Customization and Personalization
- All items are customized based on the information provided by the customer at the time of order. Please double-check your details before finalizing the purchase as we are not responsible for errors or incomplete information.
- Any requests for modifications must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, changes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Production and Delivery Times
- Our production timeline varies depending on the complexity and volume of the order. Estimated production time will be provided at the time of purchase.
- We aim to ship all orders promptly after production completion. Delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays or natural events).
5. Payment and Pricing
- Prices listed in our catalog and on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices are final at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may not be refunded as production may have already begun.
- Custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with production defects. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence to qualify for a replacement or refund.
